Entourage Contacts to CSV is actually a program to convert .rge contacts into a standard outlook .csv file. A .rge is a Microsoft Entourage archive file. I use it to export my contacts from Entourage into gmail, but I'm sure it has many other uses.

Export your contacts from Entourage (Tested on Entourage 2004) using File>Export... All you need to include in the archive is Contacts.
Open VcardConverter and Open the rge using File > Open
Edit or delete any contacts you in the csv file.
Select File>Save as.. , and save your .csv file wherever you want.
